This web site is established to provide information about the settlement of the
Sutter Health Uninsured Pricing Cases in Sacramento County Superior Court,
California. On December 12, 2006, the Court entered an
Order granting Final Approval to the class action settlement.
On January 27, 2009, the California Court of Appeal upheld the order approving
the settlement. On June 11, 2009, the California Supreme Court rejected a
Petition for Review. Payment of claims will occur on or before October 8, 2009.
